This website is not an offer to provide services and I reserve the right to decline any project at anytime without reason.

Design Service – I provide all art work in web and print ready formats as image files forwarded via the Internet. File types are available as follows: jpg, png, pdf, svg and eps . Please let me know the dimensions of any art work you require and the file format desired when you provide your brief. If you require file types different to the above please ask if this is possible before ordering.
Communications are dealt with weekdays via email / phone. I do not meet clients in person or receive clients at my home office. No lunches I’m afraid.
Deadlines – Cartoons and designs are generally completed within 10 days unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering. I will inform you if I can meet your deadline for submission when I provide you with a quote. Thus far all deadlines have been met.
Review period and Re-drafts
I will make unlimited revisions to draft designs to ensure your satisfaction in accordance with your brief for a period of 10 days following your receipt of the first draft design. This review period can be extended with mutual agreement. Note: If you alter the brief radically once work has commenced an additional fee for changes may be charged at 25% of the overall rate.
Copyright- Once the content has been paid for the image is yours to use as agreed in your brief. Under the law I will always be the creator of the work and no one else can take credit for the design. I retain all rights for all designs until payment is received in full and for all rejected draft designs. If you wish to use an image in a manner different to that specified in your request for services, you must request permission. The images may not be sold on or licensed by you to other persons without my prior knowledge and acceptance.
I generally submit designs and art work with a watermark when in draft form and only release them without a watermark when the client is 100% satisfied with the design and full payment is received. On occassion I provide the client with drafts minus a watermark if the watermark is obscuring the detail on the image. In this case, the customer is still not entitled to use the image without making full payment for the design. Improper use will result in legal action re breach of copyright, which is costly.
Links to my published work – I publish samples of my work usually with a copyright notice for prospective clients to view and in some cases I post them with a link to the clients website. If you are not happy for me to do this please let me know when you contract my services.
Money Back Guarantee – You have ten days from my submission of the first draft design to request a refund of the deposit. This guarantee applies to the deposit while the design is in the draft review process only. Once a design is out of the draft review process and has been accepted by you as 100% satisfactory, the balance becomes due, image files minus watermark are forwarded and as such there can be no refunds. The review process and thus the deposit guarantee period may be extended by mutual agreement if more time is required to complete the project to your satisfaction.

The balance of the quoted fee must be received in full via Paypal/BACS within 72hrs of confirming the final design is satisfactory. When payment is received in full I will forward the image files.
I retain rights for all art work where full payment has not been made. You may not use any images, drafts or otherwise while payment is outstanding. When payment is made, the rights to use the images in accordance with your request for services apply to the final designs only not previous versions or drafts of the design.
Originality
All art work is original and any similarity to other art is purely coincidental. Where I am required to draw an unfamiliar object, I will use image references to ensure accuracy. However the final art work with all the elements combined will be original and unique. With cartoon line drawings, there is often a limit to the amount of differences that can be achieved with new drawings and those already available on the Internet. Please be reassured that is due to the volume and the variety of images and not because anything has been copied. Variances in these instances are limited.

These terms are not exhaustive and additional terms may be advised upon receipt of your request for services, they may also change at any time without notice.
